Think of a virtual assistant (or VA) as an extra set of hands for your business.

I work remotely to provide flexible, tailored support to the business by doing the things an admin assistant or office manager would do in person. All without having to hire a full time employee!

It depends on your system, but most programs have functions for adding additional admin or personnel. I would be added using these functions and can use web versions of most software.

Social media providers are the same, I can be added to business pages as an admin and can access any ad data from there.

Bookkeeping and CRM tools will need to be discussed as they vary however to provide passwords securely I use tools like 1password or Last Pass.

Hiring a VA is a cost-effective way to support your business.

There is no need to hire office space or offer employee benefits. A VA can also (in most cases) work flexible hours based on the needs of the business (No more staying up past 10pm working on that email, winning!).

You also don't need to hire a VA full time. You might only have a couple of hours work each week/month. That's completely fine! A VA can work as much (or as little) as you need.
